I’m Dinuka Navaratna, a dynamic software engineer, startup enthusiast, entrepreneur, and mentor based
in Melbourne, with roots in Sri Lanka. I believe that anyone can become a leader with passion and
commitment. Success and failure are two sides of the same coin, and we won't know which side we will get
until we try. Failure is not the end; it can mark the beginning of something new. Without effort, there is
no failure or success.
Almost all innovations exist because someone persisted, despite initial doubts. Innovators are driven by a
relentless curiosity and a desire to make a difference. Whether it's creating groundbreaking technology,
launching a startup, or mentoring others, the path to success is paved with resilience and determination.
Viewing challenges as opportunities for growth is crucial in this journey. Each hurdle is a step forward,
bringing us closer to our goals and expanding the boundaries of what's possible.
